This isn’t just another class — this is the proving ground. ELITE at ROX Performance by CKF is reserved for those who’ve earned their way in. If you’re here, you’ve already shown you have the work ethic, skill, and mindset to rise above. This class is designed to push the best even further, with advanced training that blends high-intensity intervals, heavy strength work, technical refinement, and elite-level pacing strategies. Every session is intentional, every rep has a purpose — because so do you.

Elite isn’t about showing off — it’s about showing up with precision, consistency, and hunger.

*Qualification is required to be eligible for this class. Complacency is not welcome.

We’ll also have to do this on the athlete performance side but I don’t quite have all of those details ready.
