Youth Athlete Training
Strong Foundations Start Early
Skills that go beyond the game
At Hyrox Performance, we know youth athletes need more than just hustle, they need the right training to grow strong, confident and capable.
Our program focuses on smart foundations: movement quality, injury prevention and body awareness. Athletes build proper form, coordination, and power through speed drills, strength circuits and agility work…skills that carry into any sport.
This approach breaks down into four key areas of development:
-
Strength & Conditioning: Tailored for youth ages 9–14 (exceptions may be considered based on skill level and readiness)
-
Speed & Agility: Sport-specific training designed to enhance performance across all disciplines
-
Confidence & Coaching: Goal-oriented guidance that builds self-belief and accountability
-
Long-Term Development: Safe, structured progression to support athletic growth at every stage

Built for Consistency and Progress
Unlocking Potential Through Performance
Our youth performance program runs in structured blocks with consistent weekly time slots. Some sessions are reserved for specific school teams, like Jacobs Freshman Football, while others are open for general enrollment. Athletes can sign up individually or with teammates. Class sizes are capped to ensure quality coaching and focused attention. When a session fills, waitlists help us maintain standards while offering flexibility.
Each 45 to 60 minute session is built around intentional progression. Athletes are grouped by age and skill level to make sure they’re training safely and effectively. Every workout includes movement assessments, warmups, skill blocks, and cooldowns. We track performance over time and keep parents in the loop, so you’ll always know how your athlete is progressing.
Optional Class Structure:
-

-
Ages 13–15 – Build strength, refine mechanics and develop sport-specific skills
-
Ages 16–18 – Prep for high school or college-level performance
