Tony Wuebker

Tony Wuebker is a competitive hybrid athlete, Owner and Head Coach at Rox Performance by CKF, and President and CEO of Cross Kicks Fitness. His leadership sets the tone for the culture, standards, and expectations across the organization. Sports and competition were engrained at a young age where he was part of championship organizations through high school and was a dual collegiate athlete. He believes everyone is an athlete you just need to find your drive and desire for greatness. His passion for fitness, hybrid racing, and influence on the next generation of athletes is what keeps the fire alive on his 20+ years of coaching.

Rooted in functional strength and conditioning, Tony’s philosophy and results proven methodology serves as the foundation for the program’s success. He is known for his expertise and is the visionary behind the brand. His commitment to performance is visible on the competition floor and in the community he has built.

Abby Wuebker

Abby Wuebker is a competitive hybrid athlete, Co-Owner, and Coach at Rox Performance by CKF and Cross Kicks Fitness with a deep passion for the science behind performance. She is known for diving into the why behind every training block, rep scheme, and race strategy.

Balancing family life and elite competition, Abby models the discipline and consistency she expects from her athletes. Her coaching blends research-backed programming with practical application, helping athletes train with purpose and confidence. Abby is equipped with 10+ years of coaching experience in fitness, weight loss, nutrition, and hybrid training.

Abby builds personalized, adaptable programs that align with each athlete’s goals while prioritizing sustainability. She emphasizes strength, endurance, and resilience in a way that supports recovery and long-term progress. Her athletes train with intention and compete with clarity.

Cole Walkington

Cole Walkington is Head Hybrid Performance Coach at Rox Performance and a high-level hybrid competitor with a background in wrestling, strength training, endurance performance, and applied exercise science.

At the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, Cole earned recognition as a National Wrestling Coaches Association Division III Scholar All-American and a National Strength and Conditioning Association All-American. His collegiate foundation, combined with his degree in Human Performance and research in the same field, shapes his evidence-based coaching approach.

Cole is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer CPT, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist PES, and HYROX Level 1 Certified Coach. His programming blends sport science, race strategy, and real-world competition experience.

Al Walkington

Al Walkington is a competitive hybrid athlete and coach at Rox Performance by CKF. A dedicated family man and full-time professional, Al lives the balance many athletes are chasing. He understands what it takes to compete at a high level while managing real-world responsibilities.

As a certified HYROX Foundations Coach, Al focuses on building strong foundations in functional fitness, race strategy, and mental resilience. His coaching style is disciplined, team-driven, and built for sustainable performance.

Jon Walkington

Jon Walkington is a competitive hybrid athlete and HYROX Foundations Coach at Rox Performance by CKF. Known for his analytical mindset and precision-based coaching, Jon specializes in movement efficiency and zone execution.

With a background in endurance and strength sports, Jon dissects each workout zone and race strategy to help athletes conserve energy, maximize output, and shave time where it matters most. His data-driven approach paired with hands-on coaching makes him a trusted resource for athletes chasing podium finishes.

Chad Coleman

Chad Coleman is a competitive hybrid athlete, coach at Rox Performance by CKF, and entrepreneur based in Northwest Chicago. As a father of three, he understands what it means to pursue excellence without losing balance. The same discipline he brings to family and business shows up in every training block and race start line.

Chad’s athletic career began in Spartan obstacle course racing, where he spent five years competing at a high level. During that time, he earned over 30 podium finishes, including multiple national wins and a 2nd place overall finish in the 2023 National Series. He transitioned into hybrid racing three years ago and has since competed in HYROX Singles and Doubles, continuing to raise the standard.
