Tony Wuebker is a competitive hybrid athlete, coach at Rox Performance by CKF, and the President/CEO of Cross Kicks Fitness & Hyrox Performance by Cross Kicks Fitness. With a background in functional strength and conditioning, Tony is dedicated to empowering individuals of all ages through fitness. He leads by example, participating in nearly every program offered at CKF and affiliate events like HYROX and DEKA. Beyond his own athletic pursuits, Tony is passionate about developing youth strength and conditioning, helping the next generation build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong foundation of fitness. His commitment to health is clear in both his personal achievements and his leadership in the community.

Abby Wuebker
Abby Wuebker is a competitive hybrid athlete, co-owner of Cross Kicks Fitness and Rox Performance by CKF, and a dedicated hybrid researcher. Passionate about the science behind training, Abby dives deep into programming and the “why” behind every concept. She brings this knowledge to both youth and adult athletes, helping them optimize training, build confidence, and perform at their best in hybrid competition and beyond.
Balancing family life and athletic pursuits, Abby exemplifies the commitment and discipline needed to succeed in both. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes personalized, adaptable training plans that align with each athlete’s goals, ensuring they can push their limits while maintaining recovery and consistency.

Abby’s coaching focuses on understanding the purpose behind various training concepts. Abby helps athletes push their boundaries, while also ensuring they prioritize recovery and consistency for long-term success.
Cole Walkington
Cole Walkington is a dynamic hybrid athlete and Head Hybrid Performance Coach at Rox Performance, with a strong background in wrestling, strength training, endurance training, and hybrid competition.
During his collegiate tenure at the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, he earned recognition as a National Wrestling Coaches Association Division III Scholar All-American and a National Strength and Conditioning Association All-American, demonstrating his commitment to both academics and athletic performance. His transition from collegiate athlete to elite hybrid competitor reflects his deep understanding of physical preparation, mental toughness, and sport-specific strategy.
Cole holds a degree in Human Performance with research in the same field, which further highlights his expertise in applied exercise science. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), and HYROX Level 1 Certified Coach, Cole brings evidence-based programming and elite race insight to every session, focusing on hybrid athlete development, race strategy, recovery, and mindset.
Cole has many top finishes in HYROX competitions and regional DEKA events. In 2024, he established himself as a DEKA Strong, DEKA Mile, and DEKA Fit Elite Athlete, showcasing his proficiency across multiple DEKA events. He also qualified for the HYROX World Championships in Nice 2024 as an individual competitor, and for the HYROX World Championships in Chicago 2025 as both an individual and in doubles with Al Walkington.

Al Walkington
Al Walkington is a competitive hybrid athlete and coach at Rox Performance by CKF. A dedicated family man and full-time professional, Al understands the challenge of balancing training with real-world responsibilities. This lived experience allows him to connect with athletes who juggle work, family, and high-performance goals.
As a certified HYROX Foundations Coach, Al focuses on building a strong base in functional fitness while developing strength, race strategy, and mental resilience. His coaching approach is rooted in discipline, teamwork, and long-term performance development, helping athletes train smart and compete with confidence.

Jon Walkington
Jon Walkington is a competitive hybrid athlete and HYROX Foundations Coach at Rox Performance by CKF, known for his highly analytical mindset and precise approach to movement efficiency and zone execution. With a background in endurance and strength-based sports, Jon brings a unique attention to detail, breaking down each workout zone and movement pattern to help athletes maximize efficiency, conserve energy, and boost performance.
His data-driven strategy, paired with hands-on coaching, makes Jon a go-to for athletes seeking to optimize their performance in HYROX and DEKA events. Jon’s approach to coaching is centered around movement efficiency and zone optimization. Jon’s coaching emphasizes the importance of breaking down each movement and race zone to maximize energy conservation and time. With a focus on technical precision, race pacing, and performance analysis, Jon helps athletes sharpen their skills and perform at their best in hybrid competitions.
Chad Coleman
Chad Coleman is a hybrid athlete, a coach at Rox Performance by CKF, and an entrepreneur based in Northwest Chicago. As a father of three, he understands the importance of balance, applying the same discipline to family, business and sport.
Chad’s athletic journey began with Spartan obstacle course racing, where he spent five years competing at a high level. He earned over 30 podium finishes, including numerous national wins and a 2nd place overall in the 2023 National Series. Building on that foundation, he transitioned into hybrid racing, where he has competed in HYROX Singles and Doubles for the past three years.
