Youth Athlete Training
Strong Foundations Start Early
Athletic Development That Lasts
Skills That Carry Into Sport and Life
Youth athletes need more than just hard work—they need the right tools and training to grow into strong, confident competitors. At Hyrox Performance, we build those foundations early. Our program focuses on movement quality, injury prevention, and athletic awareness, ensuring every athlete develops a strong base before advancing. Through speed drills, strength circuits, and agility work, we help young athletes build explosiveness, coordination, and proper form—skills that carry directly into their sport of choice.

Built for Consistency and Progress
Unlocking Potential Through Performance
Our youth performance program runs in dedicated blocks with consistent time slots throughout the week. Some sessions are reserved for specific school teams—like Jacob’s Freshman Football program—while others are open for general enrollment. Athletes can register individually or with teammates, and class sizes are capped to ensure quality coaching and personalized attention. Waitlists are available when capacity is reached, helping us maintain high standards while offering flexibility.
Each 45–60 minute session is designed around progression and development. Athletes are grouped by age and skill level to ensure they’re training appropriately and safely. From movement assessments and warm-ups to focused skill blocks and cooldowns, every workout is intentionally structured. We use performance tracking to monitor progress and communicate with parents regularly, so you’ll always know how your athlete is growing and improving.
