Note classes are offered early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Grit Strong
Grit at Rox Performance by CKF is your call to level up, dig deep, and show yourself what you're made of. While every class here hits your engine, Grit zeroes in on building an unbreakable foundation through a well-rounded strength program that’s designed for real, lasting progress. You’ll move heavy, move often, and learn to keep moving when it gets tough. Expect a powerful mix of barbell work, kettlebells, and bodyweight challenges to push your body and sharpen your mindset.
Accelerate
Dial it in. Lock it down. Push the edge. Accelerate is where you train your engine to go harder, longer, and smarter. This class targets your aerobic threshold, the sweet spot where performance meets precision. Through structured intervals, sustained efforts, and smart pacing strategies, you’ll condition your body to handle more work at higher intensities without burning out.
Diesel Engine
When the race gets real, you don’t back off. You dig in.
Diesel is built to mimic the demands of competition: sustained effort, strategic pacing, and the relentless push through fatigue. This class throws you into the thick of it, blending aerobic conditioning with muscular endurance in a way that makes your heart race, and your mindset sharpen. You’ll learn how to move efficiently when you’re tired, stay focused under pressure, and build the kind of toughness that doesn’t fade when it hurts.
This is where you train to keep going, when your body says stop.
OverDrive
ROX OVERDRIVE is a race-inspired hybrid conditioning class built around run-to-work transitions that train your engine under pressure. Each round pairs sustained running with high-output station work to challenge pacing, breathing control, and fatigue recovery, exactly the skills needed to move fast when it counts. The focus isn't all-out chaos; it's repeatable intensity, clean execution, and learning to reset while still moving. Expect to push the pace, recover with purpose, and go again - building the durability and rhythm that carry over directly to hybrid racing and high-performance training.
